How are we faring in this heat, everybody? I’m currently in upstate New York, where I thought I would finally be able to wear sweaters at night, but nope. Still a heatwave up here. Still beautiful.

We put out a new podcast episode this week with the lovely Nia J. If you’ve ever struggled with the idea of finding your voice in artistry, and especially with accepting your roots in your work, I recommend giving it a listen.

So I passed by what I thought were rows of abandoned apartments in Memphis until I realized humans were living in them. I became curious and looked up the property records and went down the rabbit hole of "who" owned them. That's where it got interesting...I've created a folder.
